Description
With the SAP Authenticator mobile app , you can protect your sensitive systems beyond your regular authentication mechanisms. This app is geared towards systems protected by the SAP Single Sign-On application and provides enhanced security by generating one-time passwords that can be used as a second factor or alternative password for login.
Key features of SAP Authenticator
• Generate time-based, one-time passwords (TOTP) based on RFC 6238
• Use the generated passcode as an alternative password if you need to log in without revealing your regular credentials or in addition to your regular credentials (as second factor)
• Extend the app’s functions to multiple accounts

Nach letzten Update alle Konten gelöscht
Nach dem letzten Update sind alle in der App hinterlegten Konten gelöscht und ne lassen sich auch nicht mehr wiederherstellen.
Funktioniert prima und tut was es soll
Manche Rezensenten haben keine Ahnung stelle ich immer wieder fest. Diese App kann nur in Verbindung mit der SAP Single Sign-On Auth Library (AS Java) verwendet werden. Sowohl Software TOTP Generator als auch Anwendungsprofile (SSO) und SCEP Enrollment klappt unter iOS prima! Lob an die Entwickler. Colt
Funktioniert aber ohne TouchId
Funktioniert auch als TOTP soft token für andere Dienste. Hat ein Start-Passwort was Google und Microsoft Authenticator nicht haben. Unterstützt aber kein Touch/FaceId. „OTP Auth“ ist eine deutlich flexiblere Anwendung für diesen Anwendungsfall.
Die in der Online Hilfe erwähnte X.509 und NFC Unterstützung könnte ich noch nicht testen/sehen.
