Perfekter Kundenservice

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Programm mit dem ich mit dem Handy Barcodes von Inventur Artikel scannen kann und diese in einem Google sheet online auswerten kann.

Zuerst fehlten mir ein paar Möglichkeiten in der App und ich meldete mich beim Entwickler - prompt bekam ich eine Antwort und konnte erklären was ich benötige - er programmierte es nach und meldete sich ein paar Tage später.

Alles was ich brauchte wurde umgesetzt ! Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Ich habe einige dieser Apps probiert und diese hat mehrere Alleinstellungsmerkmal:

— Es ist für die Nutzung kein Abbo nötig
— Artikel werden immer wieder als neuer Posten
gescannt was die Auswertung vereinfacht
— es kann offline gearbeitet werden
— beim Upload gibt es keine dopplungen
— es ist einfach und übersichtlich gestaltet

Kurz es macht 100% das was es soll.
