Subscription Terms: Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Abokauf
Ich habe vor einer Woche das Abo für 37,99€ erworben und konnte auch zunächst damit arbeiten. Jetzt kriege aber ständig den Hinweis, dass ich das Abo erwerben soll, wenn ich ein Dokument bearbeiten will und keinen Zugang zu den Bezahlfunktionen. Der Support ist nur auf Englisch und auch sonst für mich ziemlich undurchschaubar.
Nach dieser Bewertung reagierte der Support umgehend in hat seine Hilfe angeboten. Ich konnte mein Problem allerdings zwischenzeitlich alleine lösen. Jetzt funktioniert alles bestens. Ich hoffe, es bleibt so. Jedenfalls habe ich meine Bewertung gern geändert.

Verstehe die Aufregung nicht.
Ich verstehe die Aufregung nicht. Scanbot ist seit Jahren eine hervorragende App und bleibt auch ohne Abo nutzbar. Als bisheriger Pro-Kunde behalte ich alle Funktionen, inklusive solche, die ab sofort Teil des Abos sind. Nur die wirklich neuen Sachen (Raster-Ansicht) kann ich nicht nutzen. Die sind für mich aber nicht so wichtig, denn dadurch bleibt die App angenehm vertraut. Ich bin mit 90% der Scan-Ergebnisse sehr zufrieden. Klar, bei Microsoft oder Google sind die OCR-Ergebnisse vielleicht noch etwas besser. Dafür passiert bei Scanbot alles "on device" und geht nicht auf irgendwelche Server. Alles in allem eine prima App, die ihren Zweck seit Jahren erfüllt.
