Komme nicht mehr in die App

Hallo ich habe das Problem dass ich mein Passwort auf über 9 Stellen geändert habe ich aber nur eben Max. 9 eingeben kann. Nun komme ich nicht mehr an meine Daten... Brauche dringend Hilfe !

Alle Bilder weg

An sich eine super App um private Bilder zu verstecken. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Bilder vor dem löschen in die App gezogen. Leider seit dem letzten Update alle Bilder und Videos weg. Einfach so.

Solange die App funktioniert hat, hat sie 5 Sterne verdient.
So leider nur den einen, da ohne Warnung alle Bilder verschwunden sind.

Super

Super um private Sachen zu verstecken aber seit dem neuen IOS update öffnet es sich nicht mehr. Wenn es behoben witd sofort 5 Sterne.
Deinstalieren kann ich nicht brauche die Dateien da drauf.
