Set List Maker can store your lyrics and chord charts, but it can also keep track of your rehearsal notes and serves as an archive of all your set lists. You can include multiple reference recordings for each song, slow down or pitch-shift recordings while practicing,* transpose chords with one touch, and make a quick recording if inspiration strikes.* Then design your own screen layouts to show the most important information in each setting you play in.

Set List Maker can display your lyrics with simple auto-scrolling or custom automation tracks,* play backing tracks and click tracks through separate audio ports or inter-app audio,* play videos,* and configure MIDI-compatible sound and lighting equipment as you move from song to song.* You can control Set List Maker with MIDI* or Bluetooth footswitches, and link together multiple devices for screen sharing or remote control on stage.*

Set List Maker can can export databases and import them onto your bandmates' mobile devices so everyone has access to the latest songs, set lists, and details of upcoming shows. You can also email set lists in PDF or HTML format, or print good old paper set lists to keep it simple on stage.

• Fixed a problem that created a duplicate layout the first time you view a show.
• Improved the alignment of the recording loop region bar against the recording progress bar.
• Fixed a crash when transposing chords that use bar lines but only have one bar on a line.
• Turned on Settings > Audio & MIDI > Play Audio In Background and Settings > Audio & MIDI > Let Other Apps Play Audio In Background by default for new installations.
• When using the Auto-Fit To Page setting on the set list Share Songs page, stopped shrinking the Chords text, unless even the Chords text without the Lyrics text is too long to fit.

Nicht billig, aber sehr gut
Wir hatten bisher ein komplexes Excel-Sheet mit dem Sets pro Gig organisiert werden konnten, mit jeweiliger Angabe des Sängers, Tonart, bmp, etc. Die Sets konnten Ausgedruckt werden und dann waren bis zum Gig keine Änderungen mehr möglich. Mit Set List Maker hat sich die Funktionalität gegenüber dem Excel-Sheet vervielfacht und ist sogar noch während des Gigs veränderbar.
Dass mit der Songauswahl im iPhone auch automatisch die Performance im Kemper geschaltet wird, war mit der bisherigen Lösung einfach nicht darstellbar. Ebenso, dass der Text zum Song mit autoscroll angezeigt wird. Die App ist logisch und intuitiv aufgebaut und nutzt aus meiner Sicht alle Features, die IOS bietet optimal aus. Funktional für Musiker ein enormer Fortschritt hinsichtlich Organisation von Gigs, Songs und live-performance.
Trotz der maximalen Sternenanzahl bleibt eine Sache negativ zu erwähnen: der zusätzliche Aufpreis der MIDI-Funktionalität empfand ich, zur bereits nicht gerade billigen App, als unangebracht. Die Funktion sollte standardmäßig enthalten sein.
Lohnende Investition
Ich benutze diese App schon eine gefühlte Ewigkeit. Und man muss sich regelrecht hineinfriemeln, um den komplexen Aufbau logisch nachvollziehen zu können. Wichtig zu wissen, dass neben den Songs und der Setliste auch jeder Veranstaltungsort separat angelegt werden kann, der dann eine unabhängige Songliste und Darstellung erlaubt. Schôn ist die Funktion des Ausdrucks dieser Listen für Liveauftritte, wieder in Abstimmung mit dem jeweiligen Ort. Auch können dort Angaben über Gagen etc. getätigt werden. Das Programm lief bei mir immer noch auf der alten 3. Generation des iPad. Der Datenaustausch mit dem iPad 9 war ein Kinderspiel. Für die Verwaltung der Songtexte mit Akkorden und Besonderheiten wie Farbzuweisungen, Reihenfolgen usw. ist diese App einzigartig. Es lohnt sich die Einarbeitung. Auf alle Fälle eine Empfehlung! Vor allem weil ich schon mit nur einer Investition gute 8 Jahre damit arbeite.
