With DriveRadar® IoT Suite for industrial gear units, all relevant variables for the perfect condition of your industrial gear unit are recorded by SEW-EURODRIVE and analyzed, and interpreted using modern predictive analytics methods.
Continuous evaluation of the measured data ensures the condition of your industrial gear unit is transparent at all times. Any anomalies can be directly assigned to a component by the analysis methods used, which simplifies the identification of the cause.
You are informed immediately in the event of status changes so you can actively intervene through initial recommendations for action and recommended SEW-EURODRIVE services.
Thanks to this transparency, you can avoid unplanned downtime and also better plan maintenance and service activities. Predictive maintenance and condition monitoring could not be simpler or more reliable.
