Endlich erholsam Schlafen
Ich suche seit ner Weile nach nem App, die mir hilft besser zu schlafen, da ich mich tagsüber oft schlapp fühle. Shelly allerdings erzielt mit Einsatz von delta waves die Verlängerung der Tiefschlafphase und analysiert den gesamten Schlaf. Habe die App jetzt paar Tage hintereinander benutzt und stellte direkt fest, dass mein Schlaf erholsamer wurde. Die wissenschaftliche Grundlage macht das Ganze vertrauenswürdig für mich. This is very different than other sleep tracking apps. It applies sound therapy for several minutes during deep sleep. It didn't disturb me and helped me to wake up more rested last couple days.
