Generally good app

I have encountered a refunding process because an event was cancelled.

Shotgun is not able to do the refunding process. In my opinion a thing to make better because if I give my money to shotgun and something is not correct I for sure want shotgun to be my communication partner throughout the whole process and not just for money taking.
