Focus-Break (pomodoro) method: 25 minutes of focus with 5-minute breaks in between. Studies show that taking breaks between periods of uninterrupted focus is a healthy way to boost productivity. Having this super power right on your wrist, makes it even better.

How it works (phone or watch)
1. List your top tasks of the day
2. Pull up your Apple Watch (or iPhone), and hit FOCUS
3. A tap on the wrist tells you when to take a break and back to focus

Weder lassen sich an der AppleWatch die Einstellungen ändern, noch gibt es eine MERKBARE Erinnerung.
Geht man auf App Support, landet man auf einer schwarzen Website ohne IRGENDEINEN Eintrag und somit keine Möglichkeit, den Hersteller zu kontaktieren.

Nette Idee,aber ...

Die Idee ist erstmal gut. Auch die Optik passt, denn es soll nicht stören. Beides Girl für App auf Handy als auf der Apple Watch. ABER: mir fehlen ganz klar folgende Funktionen:
- spürbare Vibration auf Handy und Smartwatch, wenn ein Intervall vorbei ist.
- Einstellung, um einzustellen, dass automatisch der Ruhemodus angeschaltet wird sobald man "Focus" klickt.
