Description
SIMLEA Lead App for mobile capture of trade fair leads or field service visit reports for tablets or smartphones. Individually configurable forms that capture data online and offline using OCR recognition in up to 27 national languages and make it available in real time. SIMLEA can be used in multiple languages and ensures GDPR-compliant access to the recorded data within seconds. Optionally with interface connection via API middleware in a variety of customer systems such as CRM, marketing automation or ERP.
Functions: DSGVO-compliant contact capture, OCR recognition for business cards, offline capture, SSL encryption, multilingual lead forms, email wizard for automated sending, export wizard, configurable forms, QR code recognition, mandatory fields, signature fields, speech-2-text recognition, real-time statistics, CRM interfaces, sketches, revision of leads, personalised login, integrate documents/media, access inventory data and much more.

Manueller Aufwand bei der Messenachbereitung lässt sich auf ein Minimum reduzieren und viele prozesse laufen automatisiert im Hintergrund ab. Das Team hatt die App gut angenommen
Schlechte Kundenbetreuung!
Nachfragen wurden erst ignoriert und dann unfreundlich beantwortet. Feedback wurde auch nur hochnäsig aufgenommen. Für uns als unternehmen ist es wichtig dass die App auf der Messe funktioniert und da waren leider einige Anwendungsprobleme dabei.
