Description
Simple Comic has a variety of useful features including multi-page reading modes, a thumbnail browser, and support for both Right-to-Left and Left-to-Right reading (for manga).
Simple Comic also includes a QuickLook plugin so that your CBR/CBZ comics can be previewed within the Finder with rich icons.

What a nice surprise seeing the most pleasant comic/manga reader revived or rather kept alive.
So, there has always been this one little extra feature missing for me. I will just drop it off here as request in the hope it might be added.
It's regarding capturing pages. If possible, it would be great if one could, as it is now, capturing pages by clicking on a page, and additionally capturing selections by dragging a selection or cropping a page in one way or another.
Otherwise I'm quite happy that I discovered the revived version here.
Probleme
Die alte Version läuft nicht auf Catalina.
Die neue hat Probleme mit hochaufgelösten Bildern (sehen im Vollbildmodus überschärft aus).
Die Hintergrundfarbe bleibt immer weiß.
Empfehlenswerter Comicreader
Funktioniert bei mir perfekt. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten um Comics gut lesen zu können sind vorhanden. Keine Kosten. Vielen lieben Dank an den Entwickler. Top!
