Usually I do not write any Reviews but this time I just had to. I have been using the free version for about two weeks now and it has helped me a lot. The meditations are about five minutes long and you can put on background noises witch makes it possible for me to concentrate during that time and not get overwhelmed. I set my reminder for the evening so I can calm down before sleep and it is the first app that did not make me feel pressured to do a crazy one hour meditation every day. I just wanted to say thank you! This app has really helped me a lot!

My favorite meditation app!

I love this app because it has meditations for everything, ”before and important meeting” ”for when you are sick, tired, unmotivated, on a bus etc. I have used headspace before which I also like but this one has even more to offer. Love it!

Love the app but-

First off: This app has really helped enormously. Love the different meditation choices and teachers and topics.
One thing that really bothers me though is that the app takes for freaking ever to load. Although I‘ve got perfectly fine internet connection it shows an error message telling me there‘s a network error, simply because the app is taking to long to catch up.
I‘d really like to access the meditations faster and with less effort.
