Is this app a scam?

I signed up for the App and there is literally no content at all. Every single button says “content coming soon”. Obviously now I want to cancel my subscription as there’s no way to actually use the app but when trying to cancel is asks me what year of university I am in but gives me nothing to click or type in. So it won’t even let me cancel. I’ve contacted their support and will update my review when I get an answer but so far this is either a scam or so underdeveloped that they shouldn’t have offered a university option yet.

Update:
I was able to cancel my subscription by setting it to leaving cert.
Highly discourage you from using this App if you’re in University.

Bugs everywhere

I was attracted to the application idea and UI so I downloaded it. But app is not finished and almost all of the features are not developed. Half of the things are not clickable. Plus when I tried to cancel my trial subscription I couldn’t reach screen with my subscription details, nothing would happen. Eventually I deleted account and the app. It’s really shame as it is really cool study app out there.
