Description
Mirror your Sketch designs as you edit on your Mac, view documents on the go, and test your prototypes on a real device.
We’ve rebuilt our Mirror app from the ground up to offer a more flexible, reliable and feature-rich experience with Sketch.
With Sketch on your iPhone or iPad, you can:
→ Sign in to every Workspace you’re a part of (with SSO and 2FA support)
→ Browse projects and explore documents — anywhere, anytime
→ Play prototypes and test out ideas on a real device
→ Mirror the document you’re currently editing on your Mac
→ Explore documents with a full canvas view
→ View, create and respond to comments on the Canvas
→ Browse documents you’ve already opened when you‘re offline
→ Open local documents from the Files or other third-party file storage apps
This app requires an internet connection, an existing Sketch subscription and works exclusively with documents in your Sketch Workspace. This app is not compatible with Mac-only licenses.

Local Sync?
When will the new app start working again with the Mac app through local Wi-Fi, like the old Mirror app? I use Sketch more “offline” and not much in the cloud.

Hello there! As you are pointing out, this is not possible with our new App (just documents stored in your Workspace can be mirrored, so unfortunately, there’s no “offline mode”). In any case, please let me pass this on internally to see if we can study it and implement it in a future version! Thanks a lot for the feedback, cheers!
Nahezu unbrauchbar
Extreme Verzögerungen beim Öffnen und Anzeigen von Files. Display geht ständig in den Ruhezustand. Produktivitätskiller.

No more plug & play local mirroring
As the old Sketch Mirror app is being phased out, the plug & play local mirroring via WiFi or USB is not carried over (at least it's not when working without an account). We don't work with Sketch Cloud at my workplace, but with Abstract and I won't be allowed to sync any files to the Sketch cloud. Please just put the local mirroring back into the new app.

Hi there 👋 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our iPhone app is all about mobility — being able to see and share your designs anywhere, and while you're on the go! You won’t be able to view or mirror documents you’ve saved locally to your Mac, but if you want to use the iPhone app to view a document or prototype that’s not quite ready to share with your Workspace, you can simply save it to My Drafts.
