How does smapOne work? The smapOne app is part of the smapOne no-code platform. Digitize forms, questionnaires, checklists and other scenarios within 30 minutes using preconfigured modules. You can distribute your smaps to colleagues, teams or partners for use and then evaluate the data collected with them in the smapOne portal.

The use of the smapOne App with smaps provided by others is basically free of charge. In addition you can purchase the item "smapOne subscription" via In-App-Purchase. This includes a user account with smapOne that allows you to create and manage your own smaps.
The smapOne subscription is 12.99€ per month. Once your purchase is confirmed, the amount will be charged to your iTunes account. Your subscription is automatically renewed each month and the monthly fee of 12.99€ is recharged from your iTunes account within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can after purchase cancel your smapOne subscription in your iTunes account settings until 24 hours before the end of the current period. We have cleaned up a bit under the hood and eliminated a few bugs. Other than that, nothing has changed. So you can just go ahead and use the app as usual.

Als Fuhrparksverantwortlicher habe 2 Jahre bei der GF um eine App zur KFZ-Schadenserfassung gebettelt. Zu teuer, zu aufwendig, wer soll das umsetzen?
Mit smapOne hatte ich nach 30 Minuten die erste Testversion auf dem Handy und nach zwei kleinen Überarbeitungen war sie produktiv. Tschüss unvollständige Papierformulare, tschüss unleserliche Einträge, tschüss hinter Mitarbeitern hinterherrennen. Weniger Zeitaufwand für mich und meine Mitarbeiter. Unser Versicherungsvertreter bekommt automatisch eine Kopie der Schadensmeldung als pdf-Datei.
Jetzt werden die nächsten analogen Prozesse auf Umsetzbarkeit überprüft.
Universell einsetzbar und einfach
Jetzt endlich Fotografieren ohne zusätzliche Klicks. Nehme das als Anlass für eine Rezension.
Nutze das System seit ein paar Jahren. Es gab nie Probleme, dass was nicht funktioniert oder gar Daten verloren gehen. Das gilt auch für die Situation bei Softwareupdates.
Support ist vorbildlich.
Apps zur Datenerfassung sind damit total einfach zu erstellen. Viele praxisnahe Details, die verblüffend einfach gelöst sind. Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht hat und die Nutzerperspektive einnimmt, bevor er etwas programmiert.

Nachdem ich mich auf der webseite zum austesten angemeldet habe, wurde mir umgehend Hilfe angeboten. Ich habe für unSer Papierchaos in der Logistik (z.B. fuhrpark check, adr check, ladungssicherung) den Auftrag bekommen, eine Lösung zu finden. Der smapone Mitarbeiter hat mich dabei sofort unterstützt und mir beim einrichten der App geholfen. Hier wird nicht einfach nur software angeboten sondern wirklich geholfen. Dankeschön
