Description
Remote control for your Dimplex heat pump
The Dimplex SmartRoomHeating App makes operating your Dimplex heat pump child's play in no time at all. This App gives you direct access (note system requirements) to the heat pump manager of your Dimplex heat pump via an iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
.
In combination with the Smart RTC (Room Temperature Controllers, by Glen Dimplex Thermal Solutions), the room temperature can now also be set differently via app for up to 20 rooms. The standard integrated heat pump manager intelligently and automatically ensures maximum efficient operation.

System requirements:
The minimum system requirement for using the SmartRoomHeating App is internet access, a Dimplex heat pump with WPM 2004, WPM 2006, WPM 2007, WPM EconPlus heat pump manager or higher, as well as the NWPM extension for integration in the network.
The App requires iOS 8.0 or higher. The smartphone must be connected an active Internet connection to the heat pump manager via the App.
Access to your heat pump remains permanently free for you.

Thank you very much for your feedback, so we were able to clean up and to better classify new functions.
- Now you can integrate 2 heating circuits with 10 rooms each!
- The weather indicator has been removed until a free, reliable service is available again
- The daily consumption was not consistent and were removed until a more accurate calculation is possible

Vollkatastrophe
Die App ist eine Vollkatastrophe. Auch die NWPM ist maximal 8 Euro Wert. Man stellt sich ganz blauäugig vor auf der Weboberfläche der NWPM intuitiv - wie in 2018 üblich - Werte einzustellen und Graphen zu sehen; falsch gedacht! Das NWPM ist die 90er Version des SPS-Menüs, welches absolut sinnfrei und umständlich ist. Man bezahlt 380 Euro für kompletten Schrott und eine Entwicklung, die vor 20 Jahren (gefühlt 30) stehengeblieben ist. Die SRH App selbst zeigt mir nicht alle gewünschten Werte an und zudem läuft sie instabil. Was allerdings absoluter Mist ist: der Dimplex Cloud-Zwang! Ich will meine Daten in meinem Netzwerk behalten und diese nicht an eine externe Relaisstation senden MÜSSEN... Wofür ist das überhaupt nötig? - nur weil 10% der Leute nicht fähig sind ihren Router zu konfigurieren?! - Hier sollte DRINGEND nachgebessert werden und dem Nutzer Optionen lassen!
Fazit: 380 Euro für unausgegorene Technik und eine total banale App, in der ich nichtmal die gewünschten Werte sehen kann!
Wärmepumpen-Steuerung in schön!
Sehr übersichtlich und selbsterklärend.
Unbrauchbar und kein Support
Die App ist in Verbindung mit der Server-Lösung unbrauchbar. Ca. alle 14 Tage verliert vermutlich die Wärmepumpe den Kontakt zum Server und baut ihn nicht wieder von selber auf. Dann ist ein Reboot über die WEB-Oberfläche der Wärmepumpe oder in vielen Fällen ein kompletter Neustart der Wärmepumpe (stromlos machen) angesagt. Dem Support wurde das Problem per Mail gemeldet, aber leider keine Reaktion. Von dem Anspruch „Wir sind ständig bestrebt, unseren Kunden das stets beste Nutzererlebnis zu bieten“ weit entfernt. Die alte HeatPumpApp lief über Jahre anstandslos.
