The SmartBarbell App will give you powerful data about your lifting to help improve your training.
-Measure and track bar velocity for Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Press variations.
-Measure horizontal bar drift to help ensure better bar path.
-Utilize velocity data to give a more objective measure of Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE).
-Enhance your training in the JuggernautAI App with more powerful data.
SmartBarbell allows you to upload a video of your lifts and record them directly in the app, then it will quickly analyze your lift and provide you the important data to improve your training.
