The SMATRICS mobile app provides you with an overview of all SMATRICS charging points at a glance. The user friendly and fast navigation allows you to easily search for and find SMATRICS locations and charging points. To optimize your search result and to find the charging points you are looking for, the search and filter functionalities can assist you in finding the charging infrastructure that exactly meets your requirements. Details about locations and charging points (e.g. connector types, maximum charging power, opening hours, specific requirements) are available as well as a function to set your favourite locations.

Das ist schon unverschämt
Ich habe am Hotel Ringrast geladen, der 11/22KW Anschluss funktionierte nicht, ständig kam eine Fehlermeldung. Das Auto sollte für die Weiterfahrt auf 100% geladen werden und ich hatte Zeit, daher waren 11KW ausreichend.
Danach den DC Anschluss angeschlossen, der funktionierte auch, allerdings stand am Display der Ladesäule 35 KW und am Auto kamen 27Kw an, das Auto konnte noch locker mit 50KW laden, der Preis wurde für Highspeed abgerechnet, also über 50KW mit 0,95€. Die Tarife sind bis 50 KW 0,45€. Es wird scheinbar nicht nach Ladeleistung berechnet sondern nach Stecker!? Teurer Spaß!!
Akzeptiert meine Anmeldung nicht
Hallo, das App akzeptiert meine Anmeldung nicht! Apple I Phone 15 mit OS17.2
PS im Rechner bin ich seit eben registriert und finde auch Ladesäulen aber das App zeigt diese nicht! Vermutlich weil ich nicht angemeldet bin, was aber nicht funktioniert. Daher leider aktuell ein * was bei Beheben verbessert werden kann

Zweimal Ladevorgang gestartet, Ladung bricht nach ein paar Minuten ab. Leider unbrauchbar.
