Description

Already learning a language?

Snap to Learn helps you digitize, organize, and master your vocabulary sets—from textbooks, worksheets, or your own handwritten notes—using a proven, active recall method focused on writing.

Just snap a photo of your vocab list (e.g. lernen → to learn) and let AI turn it into a learning session. No manual typing. No tedious setup. Just scan, practice, and progress.

Built for Learners
Whether you’re in school, prepping for exams, or self-studying, Snap to Learn helps you practice the exact words you need to know—faster and more effectively.

Handwrite to Remember (Keyboard Optional)
Write your answers by hand using a stylus or finger—research shows handwriting leads to deeper memory retention. Prefer typing? You can switch to keyboard input anytime, but handwriting is the default and most effective method.

Instant Word Set Creation
Scan vocab lists from textbooks, exercise books, or your own notes. The app intelligently detects language pairs and creates a structured set for practice.

7x Streak = Mastery (Smart Learning Cycle)
Words are mastered after 7 correct answers in a row. Practice happens in 5-word batches:
- Rounds 1–4: Words appear in fixed order for familiarity
- Rounds 5–7: Words are shuffled for deeper recall
Make a mistake? The streak resets, ensuring you’re truly learning—not just memorizing patterns.

Test Mode for Self-Check
Ready to see if you’ve really learned your words? Enter Test Mode for a no-feedback challenge. At the end, you’ll get a summary showing which words you nailed—and which need more work.

Track Your Progress & Build Habits
Stay motivated with visual progress, word stats, and streak tracking. Set daily or weekly goals to keep learning consistent and rewarding.

Bonus: Scan pages from books or articles to quickly capture and study new words in context.

Download Snap to Learn – and level up your language skills, one scan at a time.
No typing. No setup. Just the words you need, practiced the right way.

Why I Built This

I built this app for my daughter after she struggled on a vocabulary test at school. Her habit was to write a word once or twice and assume she knew it—but the results proved otherwise. I suggested flashcards, but adding words by hand was slow and frustrating, and it still didn’t make her practice writing them. That’s when the idea struck: what if we could just scan a page, pull out the vocabulary, and let her train by handwriting? After only a few weeks of practicing this way, she aced her next test, and her confidence grew with every session. Seeing her progress made me realize this approach could help not only her, but any learner who wants to master vocabulary faster and more effectively.

Free & Paid Features
- Free plan: unlimited practice, up to 3 scanned pages (enough to try the method and start learning). Entering words manually is possible.

- Page packs: buy 20, 50, or 100 pages to scan. Each page typically holds 30–70 words, which means that with single 100 pages scan pack you can build lists with 3,000–7,000 new words — more than enough to get fluent foundations in any language!

- Subscription for early adopters! Unlock 80 scans every month plus all the practice you want. In addition to that you support the further improvements of the app and would benefit from premium features coming in the future.

Brings results! Easy to use

I’ve tried many ways to learn vocabulary, but this app really stands out. What makes it different is that it doesn’t just let you passively read or write words over and over. Instead, it keeps you engaged, so you can’t just switch off your mind. At first it feels challenging, but that’s exactly why it works — it forces you to actively recall and repeat words.

This week alone, I managed to learn 50 new words and, more importantly, I feel confident spelling and using them. The app makes the learning process efficient and truly effective. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants real progress in building their vocabulary.
