Here’s the latest update to the SNCB App.
Payment flow: we've optimized the payment process to make it faster and more intuitive. You will now enjoy an improved user experience when purchasing your tickets.
We have resolved several minor bugs to improve the application’s stability and fixed a few display issues in some sections of the app.

Datumsangabe falsch
An sich eine gute Sache. Aber beim Versuch, die Tickets zu kaufen, wird im Warenkorb das Datum der Reise um einen Tag zurückgesetzt. Daher leider unbrauchbar.
Not able to buy tickets
Every time you leave the app and come back, it resets the navigation, often killing your progress. When trying to pay for tickets, I was redirected to my banking app to authorize the payment. Then when I came back the navigation was again reset. I did find the pending payments, but the option to continue them simply didn’t work. Please fix
Not recommended to buy tickets
I tried to buy a ticket, but trouble started in the payment process.
The app said “unsuccessful payment” whereas on my banking account I can see, that it was successful.
It seems that this happens frequently, at least that’s the feedback from the call centre.
The solution to get my money back is, to fill in a form on the website - response time is 20 days...
