Learn how to safely introduce more than 300 foods to baby. Each food has free detailed nutrition information, choking & allergen guidance, specific instructions on how to cut and serve the food based on baby's age, videos of real babies eating the food, and more.
The Solid Starts app has been devised by a team of doctors, feeding specialists, swallowing specialists, and dieticians. Quickly search for a food (eggs, chicken, strawberries, anything!) and feel confident in exactly how to prepare it for baby.
Want to track foods or access recipes? With a paid subscription, you can record baby's progress with a digital food log, track baby's favourite foods, make a list of foods you'd like to try later, and track any foods baby has had a reaction to which you can share with doctors and caregivers. Subscribers also have access to a searchable database of more than 300 recipes.

Unglaublich gute App für den Beikoststart!
Obwohl die App nur in Englisch und Spanisch verfügbar ist, ist es ein absolutes must have für den Beikoststart. Die kostenlose „Food database“ bietet die Möglichkeit eine riesige Anzahl an Lebensmitteln auf ihre sichere Zubereitungsart (Alter des Babys), Allergierisiko, Erstickungsgefahr und Nährstoffe zu kontrollieren. Auch mit geringen Englischkentnissen kann die App gut bedient werden, da ein großer Teil Fotodokumentiert wurde.
Diese App ist ist ein MUSS !!!!!
Ich bin sprachlos.. Meine Unsicherheit, was BLW angeht ist komplett weg. Ich wusste garnicht, dass ich meiner Tochter jetzt schon fast alles anbieten darf. Diese App hat komplett alle Informationen die man benötigt. Die 10€, die man für ein Jahr zahlen muss sind es mehr als nur wert.
Must-have app for feeding small children
Absolutely the best (and only) app of its kind. Solid starts was the key ingredient I was missing with my first child and has made life with my second worlds easier. User-friendly, beautiful design, and has all the information you need about every food you can think of to feed your child. No more guessing how you should cut the cucumber at each age- it’s all explained in simple terms for you and is one of the best things that could happen to parents of our generation. Thank you Solid Starts for this amazing resource!!!
