LG content store is missing Sony LIV

the quality of content is first class. onliest problem of this app it doesnt appear at LG smart tv can you please fix that

Unable to create a Profiles

I have taken the premium subscription plan in Germany and the strange part of the app is that we are not able to create the additional profiles. It’s just limited to only one profile. No support or any help possible at all from any customer support for this topic. I do not know if this setting is only for the German or European app. If that is the case it is the most disappointing experience ever of using this app ever.
