Impossible to get any information in the app if you have non-UK IP address.
For tourists it’s possible to use only with VPN.

Basic functions are not accessible (login, connections, purchased tickets). Cheap online tickets are therefore not available. VERY negative customer experience. VERY annoying if you have to travel with SWR. compared to apps from SNCF, SBB or DB, this one is complete rubbish.
ERROR
If I try to login… „we're sorry but we can't complete your request at the moment due a technical issue, please try again later“. This app is a mess!
