Spotxel® Reader enables reading and analysis of multiple samples in parallel in plate formats:
+ Capturing: Take picture of the microplate.
+ Reading: Detect and measure color signal in the microplate wells.
+ Analysis: Annotate the microplate, specify the assay’s standards concentration, and derive the unknowns’ concentration.
+ Save and load assay setups to a CSV file.
+ Export the assay data to a PDF file.
The app also supports image analysis of assays with samples in row, column, or microarray formats.

Bewertungen und Rezensionen
Die Software rechnet die unbekannten Proben nicht aus
Prinzipiell finde ich die Umsetzung sehr gut. Leider bin ich dennoch enttäuscht, weil die Bildauswertung und die Kalibration zwar funktionieren, aber die Berechnung (nur polynomisch 1.-4. Ordnung und kein logit oder 4LG 5LP für ELISA) der unbekannten Proben nicht ohne Namensgebung erfolgt. Das muß ich bisher dann händisch in Excel nachholen. Irgendetwas mache ich wohl falsch… Herzlichen Gruß von Matthias

Hello Matthias, thanks a lot for the feedback. If you name the standard wells like S1, S2,... and the unknown wells like U1, U2, ... then the concentration calculation should work. However we agree that this will be improved to also work with unnamed wells.
Note that you can prepare your assay setup in a CSV file, then conveniently import it into the app and calculate the concentrations without manual settings. An assay setup can also be saved to a CSV file for further use. Checkout the sample CSV file in the in-app help.
