App wird immer besser
Die App ist super und wird mit der Zeit sogar noch besser. Die Karten werden übersichtlich dargestellt und sind schnell abrufbar. Mit Widget bekommt man einen noch schnelleren Zugriff auf eine selbst festgelegte Kartenauswahl realisiert.
Die Anzahl der Prospekte wächst auch kontinuierlich.
Der einzige Punkt, den ich mir aktuell noch wünsche ist, dass es möglich wird einzelne Seiten der Werbung zu exportieren. Teilweise sind dort Coupons drin, welche ich ausdrucken oder mit bekannten teilen möchte. Der Umweg über einen Screenshot geht zwar, ist aber nicht so bequem.
Ansonsten kann ich nur sagen, weiter so! Die App hat Potential, was mehr und mehr genutzt wird!
Leider funktioniert die DeutschlandCard nicht und der Support liest die Mails auch nicht richtig
Seit 2 Wochen habe ich die App. Am Anfang war alles gut. Doch 5 bis 7 Tage später kann die App die Punkte nicht aktualisieren. Support angeschrieben und auf Nachfrage ausgeloggt und wieder eingeloggt (Sowohl Stocard als auch DeutschlandCard in der Stocard), was nicht half. App deinstalliert und neu installiert und neu angemeldet brachte auch nichts. Nach der Neuinstallation angemeldet (zuerst bei den Punkten), dann versucht bei den Gutscheinen. Punkte gehen nun, dafür Gutscheine nicht. Nun wird wieder vorgeschlagen. Die App zu deinstallieren und erneut zu installieren.
Edith sagt: Nach dem gestrigen App Update (heute erst erhalten) und der erneuten Löschung und Installation der App und der erneuten Löschung, Installation und Einrichtung der DeutschlandCard geht es erst mal wieder. Ich muss nun aber erst noch testen, ob Coupons aktivieren und nutzen, sowie Punkte aktualisieren wirklich wieder geht.

App ist einfach zu bedienen. Karten werden übersichtlich dargestellt. Angebote sind übersichtlich und schnell aufrufbar. Auch der Rest ist gut zu verstehen und schnell umzusetzen. Passt
