StopTheScript 4+

Difficult to use

A wonderful extension that allows me to selectively deactivate Javascript. I can switch off JS with a button and the website usually runs more smoothly, faster and more efficiently afterwards. If errors occur, I switch StopTheScript off again and everything is as before. Together with StopTheFonts and StopTheMadness, this creates a highly customized surfing experience.

The big problem with the extension is that Safari does not synchronize the approved websites. So if I switch off Javascript via StopTheScript on the Mac, this unfortunately does not happen on the iPhone. There I have to call up the same page, open the menu and activate StopTheScript there too. This is annoying, tedious and anything but ideal. Especially as I always have to remember to synchronize the websites from the Mac manually. Perhaps a workaround or another solution will be found at some point. As it is, the extension is really good, but difficult to use.

Safari nicht mehr vernünftig nutzbar.

Verstehe den Sinn der App nicht. Mit aktivierter App werden Webseiten nicht mehr vernünftig angezeigt. Also so, wie wenn innerhalb Safari JavaScript ausgeschaltet wird.
Sinn würde es nur machen, wenn man mit der App individuell für jede Webseite entscheiden könnte, ob JavaScript aktiviert sein soll oder nicht. Geht aber nicht.
