When you struggle with managing your emotions, you can do a self-analysis based on two professional models: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

This application will first help you identify thought patterns that may be causing you distress, and then assist you in challenging your unhelpful thoughts and finding strategies for healthier patterns of thinking, allowing you to escape irrational emotions, acquire more control over behaviors, and develop a more balanced worldview.
