A lovely Story AI but already abandoned?

The app used to be very good compared to similar ones especially since every story was free and I didn’t have to buy any points for any part of it. But for more than a month I only had problems with it. At first it only generated gibberish without a single coherent sentence. And now, I seem to not be able to access the AI at all. I can use the app just fine, but any way I try to generate a story (from previous storys, from scratch, completely random, etc) it will only and often directly show me a page with the message “Oh no! We got the story that will never be told” and every retry with the “Tell it again”-button only gets me the same result. It also doesn’t really help that I don’t have any clue where to find the support team to find out if it’s a problem on my end and how I could fix it. The last update also was already some time ago. So it leaves me wondering if the app is already discontinued and just not taken off of the App Store. Which I find very saddening as I really loved it and the depth the AI could put into the storys. I’d have probably given 4 or more stars but now can only give 2 for at least the memories and the ability to read the saved stories.
