It is designed for .srt files, but can also work with some other formats.

A very good tool for resynching subtitles
Am using it since years - for resynching subtitles. Just two small yet a bit annoying and easily to fix things: the 'markers' palette is not visible by default, and the column of the subtitle numbers is always to narrow. Otherwise: great!

These two points have been added to the to-do list, and will be corrected as soon as possible.
The plan is to save palettes states, so you will be able to find the window as you had let it last time you left the application.
