Schlechtester Support ever
Hallo Support team arbeite seit März mit diesem System. Bin auch im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden.. Allerdings versuche ich schon seit 4Wochen mehreren Telefonaten 3Rückrufterminen die nie gemacht werden einen wichtigen Support zu erhalten. Es gibt keinen Notfallsupport den man direkt kontaktieren kann, z b wenn man nicht mehr kassieren kann. Bei meiner Cloud fällt ständig die Sicherheiteinrichtung aus und beim Geschäftsschluss würgelt sich die App tot und exportiert wohl nicht richtig. Kann dann nur eunen xBericht drucken. Nicht toll! Mache das jetzt über diesen Weg in der Hoffnung endlich mal eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten..
Im Moment würde ich euch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Einfach Klasse!
Ich benutze die Kasse jetzt seit knapp einem Jahr und bin rundum zufrieden. Alles was ich brauche und wenig Probleme. Vor allem der Support ist sehr hilfreich und kompetent! Weiter so!

Das erste Beratungstelefonat war ein nettes und verheißungsvolles Werbungstelefonat. Und so entschieden wir uns für das Kassensystem der Firma sumup.
Die Hardware kam dann auch, war nett verpackt und es war eine Freude, diese auszupacken. Der Betrag dafür wurde pünktlichst von unserem Konto abgebucht.
Und damit war der Spaß vorbei: Keine Anleitungen dabei, wie die Hard- und Software miteinander agieren können.
Auf telefonische Anfrage erhielten wir Links, die zu Fehlerseiten (Error 404) verlinken.
Weitere Anrufe führen grundsätzlich immer nur zu Links aus sogenannten Handbuchauszügen, in den weiteren Links angeboten werden und letztendlich dreht man sich im Verlinkungskreis.
Bei spezifischer Suche auf der Internetseite findet die dortige Suchmaschine nicht das Gewünschte. Ein Handbuch mit Inhaltsverzeichnis gibt es schon gar nicht.
Auf weitere telefonische Anfrage kommen Antworten wie „davon habe keine Ahnung. Ich leite einen Rückruf ein.“ …. Rückruf kommt nicht.
Ist doch fein, wenn der Kunde bezahlt, aber das sollte dann auch schon ausreichen. Vermutlich wird für das Stapeln der eingenommenen Gelder so viel Zeit aufgewendet, dass für einen hilfreichen und kompetenten Support keine Zeit übrig bleibt.
Die Sternevergabe sollte hier einen Minusbereich anbieten, dann wäre meine Vergabe bei den Sternen realistisch.
