Suntan Workout app will be your personal tan coach with a stopwatch. Just hit the start button and the voice instructions and/or sound alarms will guide you through the carefully calculated progression of tanning sessions, from short to longer ones. And don't forget your suntan lotion.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A successful workout is only possible when you give your body the right amount exercise and rest. The same happens with your skin when you expose it to the sun and then give it time to rest in the shadow.

USE YOUR SKIN'S FULL POTENTIAL:

• Follow the instructions to get precise exposure time, starting from shorter to longer periods, like in the gym.
• Take advantage of skin's regenerative capabilities spending time in the shadow, which boosts melanin production.
• Get a timestamp of the moment you've moved away from the sun and use it later to decide which session to proceed with when back to sunbathing.
• Follow your routine just by listening to sound and/or voice notifications telling you what position you need to take while using any other app.
• Spread the word in social media and give us feedback so we can improve and make the next version more functional and smooth.
