Mostly unavailable

A good idea in principle, user experience is not quite there. Mostly I get the message „unfortunately Tap is not available in your area“ when I tap on a city. How about making it visible in the map where tap is currently available?

It’s not clear what that means. Does tap not operate in a country or city, or are there simply no refill stations? There is other apps for refilling stations that make this really obvious.

Also the overlay with the error message sometimes covers half the screen and won’t disappear unless you select a place where tap is available.

Showing walking distance with a maximum of 20+ is extremely misleading, when in fact the next stations is a couple of hours away. how about not showing that as a number, having the user set their preferred maximum distance, or showing the actual value?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Tap has been updated with over 200,000 stations which includes public drinking fountains and the ability for any user to add stations like in Germany.
