Great service!

We were in Sofia and used the app to get taxis for quite a few days. The app is easy to use and everything worked well. I even left my jacket in one of the taxis and the taxi company worked with me to get the jacket back to me. Amazing service!

racist and ill behaved when you pay by card

We get no taxis anymore since we use card payment since the drivers themselves have nothing out of it themselves and give us bad ratings. furthermore it seems like the app providers have banned us now for no given reason to use the app anymore. I just got a taxi some minutes ago when a message told me the request couldn’t get taken by the driver anymore, which seems quite weird. Very unreliable app if you have serious appointments or timing pressure, I wouldn’t recommend using it with card payment !
