TC Partner – the app for Toll Collect service partners
The “TC Partner” app is the most flexible way for Toll Collect service partners (authorised workshops) to install and deinstall on-board units (OBUs) and their components and to document these tasks on a smartphone or tablet.
The app supports Toll Collect service partners with the following processes:
• Recording licence plate numbers and OBU serial numbers
• Installing and deinstalling OBUs
• Checking or exchanging faulty OBUs and components
• Obtaining replacement approval
• Documenting work that has taken place and storing service logs in digital form
• Inventory of OBUs
• Overview of all open processes
TC Partner is available in German, English, Polish, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Danish.

Permanent schmiert die App ab, reagiert nicht auf die Auswahl und man darf wieder alles schließen sich neu anmelden(biometrische ist ebenfalls verbugged) und es erneut versuchen. Astrein verschlimmbessert👌
Update Juni 23:
Noch immer funktioniert die biometrische Anmeldung nicht.
Man kann sie aktivieren und sein Passwort eingeben. Danach ist der Regler aber wieder deaktiviert.

Nach Update IOS 16.2 geht die App auf IPad nicht mehr
Hallo TC, seit dem IOS Update 16.2 ist eine Anmeldung an der App nicht mehr möglich. Egal ob WLAN oder LTE. So können wir nicht als TC Partner arbeiten. Bitte schnell ein Update für die IPad App.
