Sounds great, doesn’t work
In theory this could be a great app. However, it seems like the developers were too lazy to do it properly. Many, many words are wrongly translated, or show a translation that does jot fit in this instance. Furthermore, the app categorizes articles by HSK difficulty. The articles then use many many words that are beyond the selected level or not in HSK at all. Given all this, the APP is waaaay too expensive. Try again, put in the necessay work and don’t be so greedy.

Thank you for your feedback. To address your points individually: 1. Where multiple definitions exist for a word, these can be cycled through within the dictionary using the arrows. 2. The nature of writing news means that there are always words that are vital to tell the story that are above the level or do not exist within the HSK word listings (which are the best and most recognised internationally, but incomplete). We allow a certain % of overall vocabulary outside of official listings, and these are listed within keywords at the end of the article wherever possible. 3. We produce 4-6 lessons each day (1,600+ each year), which is 4x the content of any other graded reader for learning Chinese. Our pricing is also lower than many competitors and allows us to sustain the level of output and continue to grow the platform. Eine gute Lernhilfe
Die App bietet, was TCB über PC kann, in übersichtlichem Format. Bislang habe ich keine Abstürze erlebt, neue Artikel auf jedem HSK-Leistungslevel erscheinen ausreichend schnell und sind interessant geschrieben.
Fazit: Für mich eine tolle Ergänzung zum Chinesischlernen!
