Die App ist eine Katastrophe, ständig fehlt die Verbindung zum Server. Ich kann auf Grund dessen weder Name noch Geburtstag ändern, da die Uhr weiter gereicht wurde.
Nachrichten kommen in der App viel zu spät an, wo schon alles gelaufen ist. Ich bin froh das auch ganz normal das Hand klingelt bei Anruf, und ich auch ganz normal von meinem Handy auf die Uhr anrufen kann und das nicht unbedingt über die App laufen muss. Ganz ehrlich, da hab ich mehr erwartet.
Bitte arbeitet doch daran das der Server erreichbar ist. Selbst im www ist der Server nur bedingt erreichbar, scheint also nicht grundsätzlich an der App zu liegen.
App geht wieder - wer auch Probleme hat Support anrufen
der telefonische Support war sehr nett und hat das Problem gelöst (es war nicht mehr möglich, die App mit der Uhr zu verbinden )
Ich empfehle allen , die das Problem haben dort anzurufen
Mittlerweile enttäuschend
Wir haben mittlerweile 2 der Uhren in Benutzung und das seit ca 2 Jahren. Leider bin ich in den letzten Wochen sehr enttäuscht über die Qualität der App. Die Standortaktualisierung ist sehr zäh und auch Nachrichten gehen nur sehr schwer raus. Bilder brauchen wir momentan überhaupt nicht versuchen zu verschicken. Ich wünschte man würde aufhören immer alles zu verschlimmbessern in dieser App, anfangs lief es nämlich relativ problemlos alles.
