Crashes when most needed

The NYC marathon 2023 is on since over an hour and I wanted to follow some of my friends. Unfortunately the app seems to not be able to handle the load and crashes continuously since the marathon started.
Super annoying, because now I cannot participate virtually, which is was so looking forward to!

Really well made App

This is actually a really well made app. For an event like this you obviously benefit from a lot of past experiences and feedbacks but you also have to address various types of users. Except for the occasional app crash and the update frequency - which are related - the app is great.
