Only 5% of patients in Sudden Cardiac Arrest survive. Why? Mostly because CPR is not started immediately. Average response time for an Ambulance is 8-12 minutes, brain damage starts in 4 minutes, brain death in 10 minutes.

Für Leute bei denen der Erste Hilfe Kurs schon etwas her ist, ist es vielleicht eine Hilfe.
Was mich am meisten stört ist die fehlende Atemkontrolle und die zehn Sekunden die man sich zeit lassen soll.
Außerdem soll man den Notruf erst wählen, wenn man weis ob der Patient bewusstlos ist, oder nicht.
Vielleicht sind das aber einfach die Unterschiede zwischen Amis und Deutschen. Trotzdem gehe ich davon aus, das jemand der sich ein iPhone, oder iPad leisten kann, dann auch die kleine Zusätze schafft.
