3. Enter your computer’s TeamViewer ID and password

Am IPAD ist die Mausbedienung ungenau. Positionieren eines Cursor sehr schwierig. Mit dem Magic Keyboard mit der Touch Bedienung muss man x-mal klicken bis er Klick angenommen wird. Das ist, wenn man viel damit arbeitet nicht erträglich. Auf dem Magic Keyboard funktionieren nur noch die Buchstaben und Zahlen tasten. Pfeil und Sondertasten gehen nicht mehr. Das ist mir unbegreiflich wie man nun schon über Monate die User die ordentlich Geld bezahlen hängen lässt. Lange warte ich nicht mehr mit einem Wechsel. Und nein, ich brauche hierzu nicht mehr Infos geben. Die habt ihr bereits.
Unfassbar fehlerbehaftet / Lizenzgängeleien
Wie kann es sein, dass mit der 12er iOS iPad App Verbindungen mit Clients auf denen eine 11er Host installiert ist, abgelehnt wird, weil angeblich die Lizenz dies nicht zulässt? Wir haben Business und alle Installationen sind als kommerziell gekennzeichnet. Erst mit der Hostversion 10 klappte die Verbindung, allerdings unterstützt diese nicht die neuen Features der 11, was Zugriffsrechte von mehreren Benutzern / Gruppen angeht. Ich will derzeit noch nicht auf 12 upgraden und empfinde das als unzumutbare Gängelung des Kunden, der schon seit den ersten Versionen an Board ist. Wenn das so weiter geht, schaue ich mich nach einem anderen Tool um.
Update: seit iOS 10.3.1 stürzt die App regelmäßig ab und die Bildschirmdastellung ist fehlerhaft, copy and paste funktionieren nicht mehr, etc. Die Softwarequalität wird gefühlt mit jedem neuen Release schechter. Sehr bedauerlich, insbes. angesichts der hohen Lizenzkosten.
Update Juli 2017: die gröbsten Schnitzer sind inzw. gefixt (in 12er Version). Dafür ist beim Beginn der Remotesitzung der Bildschirm schwarz und wird oft erst dargestellt, wenn man STRG-ALT-ENTF sendet (bei Win-Systemen). Leider wieder vermehrt Abstürze.
