In 2021, this is simply too bad

This app is supposed to let you buy tickets for the bus and tram systems in Tenerife. There are, however, several major issues and elements to improve:

- The registration is not easy for tourists nor foreigners. Users are forced to leave their passport details (!) on a transport app and the only valid data are Spanish phone numbers and postcodes (!!!).
- The UX is simply from 10 years ago. Ugly, not intuitive, the elements do not adapt correctly to the display. Keeping a simple webapp would have been way better.
- The payment methods are just a joke: no Apple Pay, no Google Pay, no PayPal. They, of course, let you pop up from one of their machines... Why would you not simply buy a ticket from that machine instead?!

Tourism represents everything for Tenerife, and this is definitely not a good way to highlight among people who even order coffee from their phones these days. A real pity.
