Unreliable and hidden costs

What a mess, never again.

Not only were we notified by our driver just 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup that he‘d be some 20 minutes late, I even had to call him to learn about that, as he only wrote a message via the in-app system.

In the end, the driver was 38 minutes late for a ride of 33 minutes. Also, he came with an SUV instead of the minivan we booked.

As if that wasn‘t enough, our price estimate increased from an initial $160 to an actually invoiced $200, even featuring a tip of $19.20 for that trainwreck of a transport, albeit Kidmoto‘s terms state this is included.

Customer support didn‘t reply in three days since I raised the ticket. I can only warn to use this service and advise to be cautious about doubtful terms violations and invoicing practices.
