funktioniert (meist) ganz gut
Endlich habe ich eine App gefunden, um vom ipad aus auf einem Drucker OHNE Airprint drucken zu können! Und das ohne, dass ich irgendeinen PC dazu laufen haben muss. Funktioniert meist ganz gut, ab und zu mal kleine Probleme, die durch ein Ein- und Ausschalten des Druckers behoben werden können.
Hier ein paar Nice-to-have-features, die ich verrmisse:

Funktioniert mit vielen Formaten
Die Einrichtung eines 20 Jahre alten HP LJ 4000 im LAN funktionierte problemlos: IP-Adresse eingeben, Druckertreiber auswählen, fertig.
Ein Stern abzug, weil ich nicht erfahre, ob die Daten lokal oder über den Server aufbereitet werden und weil keine Integration in die IOS-Druckdienste erfolgt, sondern die App eigenständig ist (das aber gut macht). Ein neuerer HP OfficeJet wird automatisch eingebunden und funktioniert auch. Alle Ausdrucke sind seitenfüllend.
Gut aber nicht Perfekt
Die App nutze ich um im unterwegs auf Druckern über die Ip zu drucken (leider wird immer nur die erste Seite eines Dokuments geöffnet). Zuhaus habe ich meinen Drucker am Mac als Cloud-Drucker. Das ging gut bis zum letzten Update auf OsMojave. Nun hängt es sich auf und macht Fehlermeldungen und duckt trotzdem ab und zu...
