Schlechter geht’s kaum

Schnell mal ein Ticket kaufen. Was heute nicht mehr als 5 Minuten dauern sollte kann bei Ticketmaster schnell mal 30 Minuten werden. Das Ticket selbst zu buchen war schon merkwürdig, das System hat den timeslot nicht richtig erkannt…aber was danach kam war einfach nur schlecht. Als ich den Account anlegen musste kam die sms zur Bestätigung der Telefonnummer ewig nicht. Als ich dann mein Ticket einsehen wollte, ging das nur über einen Login. Auf der Internet Seite konnte ich mich nicht einloggen weswegen ich erst hier her gekommen bin. Als ich mich dann in der App anmelden wollte ging das nicht. Email und Handynummer waren zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits verifiziert. Ich bekam eine Nachricht, dass ich das Passwort „von Zeit zu Zeit ändern soll und es deshalb zurücksetzen muss“. Der Account war ja immerhin schon satte 25 Minuten alt. Wenn ich nicht zu dem Event gehen würde, würde ich einen großen Bogen um die App und alles was mit Ticketmaster zu tun hat machen.

Funktioniert und tut was es soll

Geladen und mit meinen ursprünglichen Userdaten des im Browser eingerichteten Kontos problemlos angemeldet.
Tickets sind sofort QR codiert sichtbar und müssen wohl nicht ausgedruckt werden.
Wieder einloggen ging auch, ohne Absturz. Habe mich ausnahmsweise mal nicht von fast nur schlechten Rezensionen leiten lassen.
