Description
Time Sink helps you track how you spend your time on your Mac. It automatically logs opened windows and applications, and keeps track of how long you've spent using things in total (i.e. running), and in the foreground (i.e. actively using). It does this without any user intervention required to start or stop processes - it's just set-and-forget easy!
New ad-hoc timers even let you track time you spend away from your Mac, so you can capture your entire day.
You can view graphs showing your usage over time, sorted either by date and time (showing a logical view of your work habits), or by total and/or foreground time used, showing which apps and windows get most of your time. You can also create pools, which are groups of associated windows, to allow automatic tracking of activities -- put Safari, Firefox, and Chrome in a Browsers pool, for instance.
Data can also be exported manually or automatically, for further analysis in a spreadsheet or database program.

Tut alles, was es soll und das in einer sehr übersichtlichen Art und Weise.
Nur muss ich meinem Vorposter Alexander Kluwe widersprechen: Es gibt in den Einstellungen sehr wohl die Möglichkeit, auch inaktive Programme in der Liste anzeigen zu können. Daher kann ich die Kritik nicht wirklich nachvollziehen.

Well, I obviously belong to the technical hobbyist category, I currently don’t need any billing, etc., functions, so this is PERFECT for me to see what I waste my time with. And even if I’d need it for work I could use your—for me—totally sufficient export functions.
Thank you for so much great and affordable software, wish I’d have purchase all the rest here and not directly with you, so that I could rate them, too.

Nun, offensihtlich gehöre ich in die Kategorie »Hobbytechniker«, derzeit brauche ich keine Abrechnungsfunktionalität, daher ist dieses Programm PERFEKT für mich, um zu sehen, womit ich meine Zeit vergeude. Und selbst WENN ich es für Arbeit brauchen würde, könnte ich immer noch die — für mich — total ausreichenden Eportfunktionen zurückgreifen.
Vielen Dank für so viel großartige und preisgünstige Software, ich wünschte, ich hätte all den Rest Eurer Sachen hier und nicht direkt bei Euch gekauft, sodass ich sie hier bewerten könnte.

( Manche Apps werden nur dann sauber verfolgt, wenn sie "windowed", d.h. nicht als Fullscreen-Apps laufen. Aber das ist verschmerzbar (und liegt nicht an TimeSink))
