Ich habe ein Problem mit dem Spiel ich habe ein neues Gerät gekriegt und möchte gerne Toca Boca spielen ich wollte in die App reingehen habe dann das Intro gekriegt ohne Video das fand ich erst mal seltsam weil sonst immer ein Video da wahr ich habe nämlich immer nur die Musik vom Video und sonst nur weißen Bildschirm als ich dann in Toca Boca wahr wollte ich in den Shop gehen und meine Käufe wiederherstellen als ich dann auf Käufe wiederherstellen gedrückt habe habe ich kurz gewartet dann wahr die Fehlermeldung da ich sollte es nochmal probieren als ich es nochmal gemacht habe stand dort schon wieder das selbe ich habe es weiter probiert aber es hat einfach nicht funktioniert ich habe es dann nochmal auf meinem anderen Gerät probiert da wahr es genau das selbe ich benutze seit neusten Apple und seit ich Apple habe geht es nicht mehr ich habe über hundert Euro reingesteckt und jetzt ist alles weg ich hoffe ihr könnt das beheben weil es halt echt schade ist auch wegen dem ganzen Geld ich hoffe wirklich das ch meine Käufe wieder haben kann trotzdem gebe ich diesem spiel noch vier Sterne aber es gibt ja noch andere Probleme in Toca Boca wie das Problem mit dem zurücksetzten der Häuser und dem Skin naja ich hoffe das wird noch was mit den Käufen naja einen schönen Tag noch.
Problem
Ich bin ein großer fan von toca seit ich klein bin, und habe auf alten geräten abundzu das problem gehabt, dass die App abgestürzt ist und alles was ich aufgebaut hatte gelöscht hat. Daher fände ich es toll wenn man sich für seine appleid accounts erstellen könnte, damit alles gespeichert bleibt und ich dieselben spielstände auf verschiedenen Geräten habe. Jetzt aber zu meinem aktuellen Problem. Normalerweise wenn die app (selten) abstürzt ist es inzwischen so dass in meinem homebuilder nur das haus sich leerräumt in dem ich gerade war (ist doof aber akzeptabel) jetzt war es aber so dass sich alles geleert hat wie bei einem neustart, alle erstellten Charaktere ausgezogen wurden und (mein eigentliches Problem) das postzentrum wo alle geschenke der letzten Jahre drinnen waren einfach leer ist. Ich habe die app neugestartet und das gerät auch, brachte nichts. Ich hoffe dass ein update hilft, da ich die app nicht löschen will da dann wirklich alles was ich wieder aufgebaut habe weg wäre. Liebes toca team, wie komme ich wieder an die Inhalte meines postoffices?
