spent some money… for basically nothing

hm… I wanted to get rid of all ads, watermarks etc. but still when outputting it starts with the softwarename. Why?
Also some movies are playing completely blurry, some dont. Audio is not switching correctly with the video, no way to set a default fade for audio to follow avery transition?
Crashing a lot, too. I guess I want my money back.

Hi, please make sure you bought the purchase in-app which is for removing the watermark, there are a couple of purchase in-apps that are not related to the watermark.
