Payment
Das Payment funktioniert nicht gut. Es gibt aber keine Fehlermeldungen, sodass ich nicht den Fehler finden kann.
Ok mit Macken
Grundsätzlich ist die App ganz ok und ich werde sie auch weiter benutzen, aber nur weil es oft keine gute Alternativen gibt.
Beispiel;
Ich will den Bus nehmen aber der niederländische ist gerade abgefahren, der belgische ist etwas zu spät. Beide fahren in die gleiche Richtung, also alles gut. Da der Bus zu spät ist, lässt der App nicht zu für diesen Bus überhaupt noch ein Ticket zu kaufen, also buche ich einfach für den nachfolgenden Bus. Dabei wird dann kein Ticket angezeigt und sind wir also eigentlich schwarz gefahren.
Beispiel 2
Der App will eine Menge Informationen, speichert die aber nicht. Schnell ein Ticket kaufen ist immer stressig, da immer gewisse Fakten zusätzlich eingegeben werden müssen. Am schlimmsten ist dabei das immer wieder eingeben von Zahlungsdaten. Ich will an der bushalte keine Kreditkarte aus meine Tasche nehmen und dann all diese Zahlen eingeben. Dann lieber im Bus einfach eine Karte kaufen.
Great app but not accepted everywhere
For the Sprinters and Intercity everything works great. Only the inspector in the Tram in Amsterdam told me to get off the train or buy another ticket although I already had one in the Tranzer app. If this is solved in the future I’d give this app 5 stars because it’s easy to use and convenient.
