Money gone - leaving a dead app

I paid for the lifetime access, then the app stopped and the error „failure to purchase product“ occured and the app did not register the payment.
I wrote to the service but got no answer. So the money is gone and I have a dead App on my iPhone because the only option beeing possible in the app is to pay another time.
