Description
The job as cash manager is not very popular on a vacation. Too little money in the kitty? I don't have enough kroner anymore. I think you have to pay some more. Can someone pay something quickly?
And then - at the end of the vacation - a billing chaos. Really not very pleasant to be responsible for this.
From now on, this job is really fun. With the TravelCash app.
The app manages all deposits of the group in a shared Kitty and keeps a meticulous record of all expenses. Whether shopping provisions, fuel, parking fees, pub visits - nothing is forgotten, everything is clearly arranged in columns such as "provisions" or "parking fees" - available at any time. Own categories can be defined. The current cash balance is displayed continuously.
Whether Euro, Francs, Kroner, Lira, Dollars, Pounds - the app manages everything. The deposits and expenses can be recorded in any currency. This greatly facilitated the administration of the Kitty when the trip takes place in Croatia or the Caribbean, for example.
The exchange rate is updated daily online.
Finally, the dispersal.
No matter how much everyone has deposited - it remains clear.
With the function "Dispersal" it will be shown, who still has to pay and who gets back. On request, the dispersal can be sent via email.
Only conjure up bad weather - the app can not yet.

Jetzt ist die App perfekt!
Ich habe vor Jahren die Vorgänger-App (Bordkasse von MY) getestet und genutzt und war damals schon von der Einfachheit der Lösung beeindruckt. Mein Eindruck damals „fast perfekt“, aber eben nur fast, da man das (Beleg-)Datum nicht erfassen/ändern konnte. Das ist jetzt möglich, deshalb ist mein Urteil jetzt: Perfekt, macht alles was es soll und das einfach.
Einen Wunsch hätte ich aber doch noch: Die letzte Währung, die man verwendet hat, könnte danach in der Sortierung oben stehen. Die ganze Liste jedesmal aus Neue durchzuscrollen ist mühsam. Denn auf einem Törn/einer Reise verwendet man fast immer Euro und genau eine bestimmte Währung.
Ich werde die App jetzt auf meinem nächsten Segeltörn einsetzen und dann sehen, ob sich mein Test in der Praxis bestätigt.
Tolle App
Danje das jemand mal das Thema Reisekasse so perfekt umgesetzt hat. In der aktuellen Version gibts keine offenen Wünsche mehr.
Sehr gut und hilfreich
Alle Reiseteilnehmer haben jederzeit Überblick über die Ausgaben und können sicher sein, dass ihre Beiträge auch erfasst sind. Schlussabrechnung noch im Taxi zum Flughafen. Super easy.
