Sehr hilfreich für Individualreisende
Ich weiß die App sehr zu schätzen, da wir viel unterwegs sind und alle Bestandteile einer Reise individuell selbst buchen. Bei Flügen, Mietwagen, mehreren Unterkünften und Ausflügen je Reise fällt Einiges zur Dokumentation an. Durch die Synchronisation mit dem Smartphone-Kalender bleiben die Termine im Überblick und auch über die Zeitzonen brauche ich mir keine Gedanken machen. Das mit der automatischen Übernahme klappt bei mir leider nicht und ein paar Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung sind eigentlich offensichtlich. Ein Fan bin ich trotzdem.
V10 ist ein Schritt in die falsche Richtung
Bisher wurde in der iPad Variante ein guter Überblick über alle Reisen gegeben. Auf der linken Seite waren alle Reisen übersichtlich dargestellt, rechts gab es Infos über die ausgewählte Reise. Auch eine grafische Darstellung auf einer Weltkarte über die Reiseziele inklusive der Metadaten der Reise war vorhanden. Mit einem Tap links in der Reiseliste könnte man von Reise zu Reise springen. Für mich ein guter Weg, um den unterschiedlich vorhanden Platz zur Anzeige und die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse auf den Gerät zu nutzen: bequeme Planung und Prüfung jeder Reise auf dem iPad, die eigentliche Unterstützung während der Reise erfolgte dann auf dem Smartphone
Mit der vorliegenden Version 10 wird diese Darstellung leider abgeschafft. Man hat sich für den Wegfall der linken Übersicht über alle Reisen entschieden. Auf dem iPad wird nunmehr weniger als 50 Prozent der Anzeigefläche genutzt. Dicke weiße Ränder links und rechts, ständigen Tippen, um von einem Item zum anderen zu kommen.
Concour/SAP freut sich sicherlich über die Verringerung des Entwicklungsaufwandes durch die Vereinheitlichung der iPhone/iPad Version. Für mich wird die iPad Version praktisch nutzlos. Daher statt meiner bisherigen 5 Sterne nur noch 2.
Bitte wieder mehr an die Nutzersicht denken.
BTW: Die Funktionalität selbst kenne und nutze ich als Pro-Nutzer schon seit vielen Jahren.
Sehr gut
Zuerst hatte ich die App „CheckMyTrip“ aber weil dort viel Werbung war und auch nicht alle Hotels hinzugefügt werden konnten habe ich mich nach einer Alternative umgesehen und diese App gefunden. Ich muss sagen dass sie mir viel besser gefällt, dort ist keine Werbung, das Design ist schöner und man hat viel mehr Möglichkeiten alles einzustellen. Ein weiterer Positiver Punkt ist dass die App auch auf der Apple Watch funktioniert. Viel besser als CheckMyTrip, ich liebe TripIt!
